Matt and Kate Clarke moved to San Francisco from England in 2001. They were married on a bluff in Marin.

About Kate:

Kate is a documentary, fine art, and award winning wedding photographer. She is the author of a photography book entitled 'America's Idea of a Good Time'. Her fine art work has been exhibited widely, including in New York, London, and Hong Kong. Her documentary work has appeared in countless publications including The Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Granta, The Independent, and The London Times. Kate was a winner in the 1999 and 1997 Fuji/British Journal of Photography New Approach to Wedding Photography competitions.

Matt studied film and television at Bristol University in England and has worked on all aspects of film.  Besides doing weddings, Matt is also a filmmaker and editor and has recently cut together a TV documentary on bestselling author Simon Winchester and a pilot for a children's television series.
